Washington Convention Center
Adonai Consultants was hired to consult on the vertical transportation plan for the construction of this new building. Our consultants reviewed plans and drawings and performed co-compliance inspections for the building's elevators and escalators. We also provided quality control services and ensured that the installation was completed to the contract document's specifications.
Georgetown Ritz Carlton Hotel
We consulted with the developers of this new hotel location to review drawings and specifications for the construction of new elevator systems. We also provided third party inspection services for 40 elevators and provided quality control services.
Gallery Place - Washington DC
Gallery Place is a multi-use facility, recently constructed in the DC area, consisting of movie theaters, apartment buildings, condos and retail stores. Adonai Consultants provided elevator inspection services and a plan review for 47 elevators.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Adonai Consultants provided third party inspection services for 16 elevators and 2 escalators for this newly constructed hotel.
Station Place 1 and 2
Consisting of a mix of office buildings, as well as housing the offices of the FCC and Kaiser Permanente, a prominent health insurance company, Station Place 1 and 2 is a newly constructed facility located in downtown Washington DC. Adonai Consultants performed quality control and third party inspections and consulted on plan review and drawings for 24 elevators and 2 escalators in this newly constructed location.
National Geospiatical Agency
Adonai Consultants reviewed plans and drawings and performed co-compliance inspections of 47 elevators in three separate buildings in this new facility. We also provided quality control services and worked to ensure the installation was completed to contract specifications. As a NavFaq certified inspection agency, we were authorized to perform the inspections on this military facility, applying more stringent standards.
City Center - Washington DC
This multiplex facility consists of offices, condos and retail space. Adonai Consultants performed third party inspection services for this new facility including 42 pieces of vertical transportation equipment housed in 6 different buildings.
JW Marriott Hotel
Adonai Consultants performed third party inspections on 24 pieces of vertical transportation equipment including 12 elevators and 12 escalators for this newly constructed hotel location.

John Akridge Companies manages and develops a variety of properties and real estate development projects throughout the area. They rely on Adonai Consultants for elevator inspections on many of their properties, as well as recurring elevator inspections.
